Works with the files you already have
Upload CSV or Excel exports from your ERP, accounting system or spreadsheets. Meridian checks every row before it counts, and the same file sent twice is recognised rather than counted twice.
Connected cloud folders
Point Meridian at one folder in Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox or Zoho WorkDrive, or at an SFTP server. New exports that land there are picked up and imported automatically.
Learns your file layouts
Meridian remembers how your company's files are laid out, so a recurring export is read the same way each time. Rows it cannot settle on its own wait for you under Needs review instead of being guessed.

Statistical forecasting
Forecasts come from well-understood statistical methods, chosen by testing each one against your own history, with a plain-language explanation of what the forecast is based on. They are estimates, clearly labelled as such.
Your data stays yours
Each organisation's data is kept in its own workspace, and access is by invitation only. Your administrators decide who can view figures, who can send files and who can connect a folder.
Why Meridian asks to read a folder
Many businesses already have an ERP, distributor or supplier system that drops a fresh export into a shared folder every night. When you connect that folder, Meridian needs permission to read it so it can find those new files — including files nobody has opened — and import them without anyone uploading by hand.
- Read-only. Meridian asks your storage provider for read access only. It never changes, moves or deletes your files.
- One folder you choose. After you pick a folder, Meridian only looks inside that folder, and only imports CSV and Excel files.
- You stay in control. Disconnect at any time from Meridian or from your provider’s account settings. New files stop arriving; data already imported stays in your workspace.
