Meridian is an invitation based business service. Only authorised users may access a Meridian workspace. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Meridian must be used lawfully and for legitimate business purposes. Users must not interfere with the service or attempt to access another organisation’s information.

Customers remain responsible for, and retain ownership of, the business information they provide or connect. Meridian processes that information only to provide the service.

Customers may choose to connect supported external services. Those services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Meridian analytics and forecasts are decision support tools based on the information available to them. They are not guarantees of future business performance.

AI assistance is optional. It may help users understand information already in Meridian, but it does not replace the underlying business data or professional judgement.

Meridian aims to provide a reliable service. Uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be suspended or ended because of misuse, security concerns, violation of these terms, or the end of the customer relationship.

Meridian may update the service and these terms when necessary. Questions should be submitted through the Meridian Contact us form.
